Malfunctioning Machines and Refunds
Please note we do tests and know our machines inside and out. We are very concerned when a machine does not function as it should.
WE DO NOT HAVE CASH REFUNDS – We issue refunds by check in the mail or via Venmo.
All refund requests must be made within 30 minutes of the machine malfunctioning.
We do not issue refunds for
- overloaded machines
- small washers used to clean blankets or rugs
- extremely soiled items or previously stained items that did not come clean
- damaged items
- user errors including but not limited to putting money in the wrong machine, overuse of soap (not rinsing), use of out-of-order machines, over the purchase of dryer time, etc.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
Use at your own risk.
We issue refunds on machines we test and find faulty.

Last Wash is at 8 PM
This means your washer needs to be going at the time. Not loading, not waiting for change, but started and running.
We do not allow drying or folding after 9 PM.
Our doors lock automatically and our cleaning staff is not here to wait for you to fold your clothes. They have full authorization to ask the Bemidji Police Department for help if you are unwilling to leave at closing time. We are open later than any other facility in the area. Help us keep this the same for years to come.
Lost and Found Laundry Items
Any clothing or household items found inside washers or driers, on top of bulkheads, on tables, or in the parking lot are donated 24 hours after they have been left. Please do not forget your laundry; this makes us so sad. Unfortunately, due to high customer volume and small storage space, we cannot store your lost and found items. If you have left items, return with in 24 hours – chances are, it’s right where you left it.
Lost and Found Keys, ID, and Personal Items
We keep keys and personal items in our backroom for 30 days. If we find your ID, we place it in a mailbox, because magically the post office will send it to the address listed on the ID. If you’re living at a different address than the one listed on your ID, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will keep it in our backroom for 30 days.
Children and Family
are of great concern to us.
We ask you to watch your children close.
Running through the facility, standing or sitting on or in tables and carts will not be tolerated.
We have a strong record of having no injuries. If you cannot watch your children closely, please leave them at home or in the car.
After 7 PM, no children under 8 years old are allowed in our facility.
Our cleaning staff greatly appreciates your cooperation in this. We hope you are developing great self-care habits, including sleep as a priority with your children.
